Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, clean, with any original tags or labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@sunnykits.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions, including where and how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the return is due to our error.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
To help us review the issue, please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
If the issue is approved, we’ll work with you to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
