We currently offer standard shipping for eligible SunnyKits orders. Available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout based on your shipping address.
Order Processing
Most orders are prepared and packed within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.
Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays. During busy periods, product launches, or promotional events, processing may take a little longer.
Standard Shipping
After your order has been processed, standard shipping usually takes 5–12 business days.
Most SunnyKits orders arrive within 7–17 business days after the order is placed.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, address issues, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Rate
Standard Shipping: $7.95
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $69.
The final shipping rate will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after the package has been handed to the carrier. If your tracking link does not update right away, please allow a little time for the carrier system to refresh.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
SunnyKits is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided at checkout.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@sunnykits.com. We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or shipped.
Delayed or Missing Packages
If your package appears delayed, please check your tracking link first. Carrier updates may sometimes be slower than the actual movement of the package.
